EUROTEAMSPEAK – TERMS AND CONDITIONS



Definitions:

1) Euroteamspeak / ETS: The Company contracted to provide virtual teamspeak server hosting.

2) Client: The individual or organisation that contracted ETS to provide the TS server and in doing so agrees to abide to these terms and conditions.

3) TS server : A virtual Teamspeak server.

4) Contract period: Duration of the contract between client and ETS and is measured in units of 30 days which will be known as 1 (one) month.

5) Support: Helping the client with problems of a techincal nature that is in direct relationship with the TS server, however such support is provided with best effort to form a resolution to the problem, but resolution of the problem is not garantueed and in any event shall not impact on the agreed rental period or contract.

Conditions of use:

1) By entering into a contract with Euroteamspeak, both parties agree to abide by the terms and conditions of use as laid out below.

2) ETS reserves the right to amend these conditions without notice, however we will strive to inform all clients of such changes.

Teamspeak servers:

1) The client will be provided with a username and password. With this username, the client will have administrator rights at the TS server. The client also has access to the configuration webinterface to change server specific items such as server name, password, user creation and administration etc.

2) For server restarts or reconfigurations, the client needs to contact Euroteamspeak via email or the support ticketing system quoting there account identity information, and ETS will make best efforts to carry out the requested changes in a timely manner.

3) The client has no super administrator rights.

Our Obligations:

1) Euroteamspeak will do everything in its power to provide a stable service on our network. However, some situations are beyond the powers of ETS. Therefore Euroteamspeak shall not be held responsible, however we will make best efforts to solve these problems as they arise.

2) Euroteamspeak will do everything in its power to provide support for their product. This includes solving server sided issues which relates to the operation of the Teamspeak server and according the support section of this document.

Payment:

1) The client shall make payment for the TS server within 7 days of receiving the payment due notification or within the current rental period if such notifications have not been received.

2) Failure to pay within this time will result in the server being closed and ETS reserves the right to charge an administration fee for reactivation of the server in addition to rental costs. After 14 days of none payment, the TS server will be removed from our system resulting in of all rooms and login data being lost.

3) Payment can be done by PayPal. Payment details can be found on the website of EuroTeamspeak.

4) In case of parts payments, EuroTeamspeak will have the right to nullify the agreement between EuroTeamspeak and the client without the right of refund.



Ordering:

1) After sending the order to EuroTeamspeak, the client will receive a confirmation email confirming the order.

2) EuroTeamspeak will verify the information of the order form.

3) EuroTeamspeak will set up the server after receiving the order. However, the login data will be send to client when the payment has been received.



Ownership:

1) The ownership of all hardware and software will remain by EuroTeamspeak or with third party companies contracted by ETS.

2) The client is responsible for any damage to the system which is a result of misuse of the client.



Support:

1) EuroTeamspeak provides support via email and the support ticketing system.

2) Support is limited to the client only.

3) The average support response time will be about 6 hours. However during special circumstances like holidays this could be longer.

4) EuroTeamspeak only provides support in relationship for its own products and services.



Other:

1) All prices on this website are including VAT.

2) The cancellation period of the agreement is 5 business days.

3) EuroTeamspeak has the right to suspend or to cancel it's products at any time without stating any reason(s).

4) EuroTeamspeak has the right to change these general terms and conditions at any time. The client will be notified at the time of any change.

5) EuroTeamspeak reserves the right to break the agreement between client and EuroTeamspeak if the client is found to be involved with net abuse or activities which are not in the best interest of the internet and/or the gaming community and also not abiding by these terms and conditions.

6) The information provided on the site is subject to change due to possible overseen errors on the site.
